In 2021 Pairity completed its first major pilot in four Dutch cities through the Samen Hier (Together Here) program. We matched over 300 refugee newcomers and volunteers. The project evaluation showed significant improvement along integration and social cohesion metrics.
“Re:Match Year 2 Report Implementation Guide”
The implementation guide provides a practical resource for systematically applying data-driven matching between refugees and cities. This algorithm-based procedure aligns refugees’ backgrounds, needs, and preferences with service availability and capacities of host cities, contributing to innovative, direct relocation and reception processes for people seeking protection into cities.
This publication provides 6 months results from Re:Match and contains important insights on how Pairity’s technology and data-driven solutions improve relocation success.
“Welcome Circles in Europe for People Fleeing Ukraine: Key Outcomes & Best Practices”
This factsheet from HIAS Europe presents findings from Pairity’s external project evaluation. We conducted mixed methods research, with original surveys, interviews, and focus groups to provide HIAS with an evaluation of its community sponsorship program for Ukrainians. Reports on U.S. Welcome Circles and a comparative international report forthcoming in Spring, 2024.
“There’s a Better Way to Manage Refugee Surges”
